We are committed to your safety while at our facility. Infection control is a priority. Our clinic follows the suggestions from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) , Centers for Disease Control ( CDC) and the  Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regarding the safety procedures within an outpatient clinic  setting. These guidelines can change as the active case rates in our communities change. 

The following guidelines will be used at your appointment to protect you and our staff. 

1, Please wear a mask or face covering in our reception area. We have masks available for your use. 

2. Maintain social distancing within these close quarters. 

3. Screening questions will be asked prior to your appointment. 

4. Hand sanitizer is available in all rooms at the clinic. 

5. If you or someone in your home feels ill, or has been exposed to Covid-19, please opt for a telehealth session or reschedule.
